Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving week...
November has been a busy month for TDDM as the Discipleship Group has rehearsed, prayed, and planned for the Christmas Pageant DECEMBER 2 - 7:00 P.M. We hope you will come enjoy and enjoy the reminder of the truth and hope of Christmas and support our young Deaf youth. Texas Deaf Discipleship Ministries has had a fun past couple of months...
--Our Deaf youth are rehearsing for a Christmas production in December (Dec. 2 in Waco) --Our Deaf kids are learning about who God is through seeing His handiwork in Creation --We enjoyed hiking at Meridian State Park and were blessed with a beautiful day. --We have had a few get-togethers over coffee and delicious food; we are excited about our new friends joining and growing with us. --Raymond traveled to Ohio to preach at Liberty Baptist Church of the Deaf's church anniversary. He fellowshipped and shared words of encouragement with the Deaf men in Ohio. He had a great time fellowshipping with Richard Larson and family. We are thankful for their hospitality and spiritual uplifting by Pastor Richard and his wife Mary Elizabeth. Raymond enjoyed watching their son play flag football! --The DCM (Deaf Christian Ministry) kids had a fun movie and pizza night. The kids made their own pizza and learned about God using David to defeat Goliath. They acted and thanks to Tyler and Amanda we had a fun movie to watch while eating popcorn and cotton candy. --We had a yard sale fundraiser that was a success! --We are planning and preparing for a bake sale we will have at Sancho Rancho Pumpkin patch October 30. |
